My mum's close friend gave us two boxes of mooncakes on Fri night. So I was thinking wat to do for my mum to give as a return gift. Flipping thru my recipes and found this. Flaky and crispy skin with creamy yam paste. Goes best with a glass of ice tea.........YUMMY!!!
