Baked a Mango Mousse cake (oops a bit too sweet) on Sat and today.........Chocolate Trilogy. Wanted to do this last week, but was unwell.

In fact, this cake is to celebrate my blog's 1st year anniversay. This cake took me a long time to finish cos I have to wait till each layer set before I could proceed to prepare the next layer.

Enjoy :)

Chocolate Trilogy 8"x2.5" (S$45)

Tasty! I like the fact that there's different layers. Can be eaten seperately and all @ one go.. and the feel is different.. 1st layer... from top.. cocoa jelly.. sweet with a strong choco taste. 2nd layer.. a mysterious layer which takes me some time to figure out what it is. Then i realised it's orange with white choco. light scent of orange stands out in the whole choco cake, but yet not too strong to cover the taste of cocoa. 3rd layer - think milk chocolate which taste like moouse but yet not too creamy/Moousey?. 4th - chocolate darker then milk chocolate? .and finally the cake right at the bottom. when mix together, it taste really good! the whole cake is not too sweet except the choco Jelly and the jelly blends well with the rest of the portion. cake also bring down the "moousiness". hee.. i taste different layers of surprises when eating them all together and they blend well together.... MASTER PIECE (after u improved on the design =x) ;)
