I have baked a cranberry cheesecake today. The texture of the cake is soft and light, very similar to the Japanese type. Unlike those American Cheesecakes whereby it's heavier. Those that are counting their calories but couldn't resist the temptation of cheesecakes, I would suggest that you give this a try:).
I will be baking Oreo Cheesecake, but have to wait till I am back from Hong Kong. Please watch out for more updates next week :)

Currently, I will be selling only blueberry cheesecakes. Each is priced at $28.

eh.. thou i've not got the chance to eat this cranberry cheesecake, but wat i've eaten was the choc cheesecake and blueberry cheesecake! both were simply delicious.. it could match the taste of those from 5-star hotels!!
but at a fraction of their prices of cos! ;)
So i'm sure this cheesecake tastes superbly as well!

yeah. like benje, i tasted both choc and blueberry cheesecake and the 2 cakes tells a different story. baker use chocolate powder for the cheesecake. The choc powder is doesn't makes the cake too dry as the cheesecake is moist enough. Best taken with a cup of hot coffee. :) blueberry got de right sweetness and it's perfect combination with the 'lightly salty-tasted' cheesecake. A masterpiece!
