I have baked a durian cake (with fresh durian fillings) yesterday. However, I ran out of whipped cream for pipping. Can't get any out there as the shop that I normally patronise are closed. Weep weep. So without any nice deco, I can't post the pic. I have decided to bake another next week.

Ooo that's such a waste.. I love durian cakes... especially those durian ice cream cake.. yummy...
