Have been travelling which is why I have not been posting any new creations. Ok, my latest creation is the Yule Log.

The cake really tastes good!! The texture is different from the normal choc cake. There’s more "moisture" and it's more "chocolatety" and really soft. baker added my favorite french 'feutille(dunno if i spell it right. refer to previous post and you will know)'again. yummy.. it brighten my day :)
