Have been quite a while since I last updated this blog. I was really busy with orders during Christmas. Very happy and thankful that friends and colleagues liked my Yule Log :) Yesterday was the birthday of my colleague, so I have decided to bake her a Strawberry Fantasy. Have used many strawberries for this cake. Not only for deco but also in the fillings.
Very soon I will be busy again, cos I am going to sell some Lunar New Year Cookies. This year, I will be selling my gold coin peanut cookie and almond cookie (sorry no pineapple tarts, cos too tedious). I will be selling Kueh Lapis with prunes too, but only limited orders will be accepted as each cake really takes up too much of my time. Will upload the pics soon.
